Wedding planning wedding planning wedding planning!!!!!! A lot of our time and effort have been dedicated to wedding planning but it's been a lot of fun! This past weekend we headed over to Jacques to design our wedding cake. Ev's Dad was visiting from New York, so we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to involve him while he was here! Our appointment was at 10:00 AM -- not your
typical "cake eating" time, but honestly, when
isn't a good time to eat cake!? Yes, we certainly walked out of there in a sugar coma but it was a GREAT day!

That's so cute. You'll have a delicious cake from Jacques, no doubt. I just hope you're not too busy on your wedding day to enjoy it! What did you settle on for flavors or is it a surprise?

Bottom Tier - Almond Cake with Almond Buttercream (both of our ABSOLUTE favorite!)
Tier 2 - Lemon Cake with Raspberry Swiss preserves
Tier 3 - Chocolate Cake with Black Cherry Buttercream
Top Tier - Red Velvet Cake with Vanilla Buttercream
